It has been a pretty busy couple of weeks and most of all it’s been really exciting. I finally have finished up some projects that I have been working on and I finally got a new white board for my home office. I actually really needed the white board to help keep me organized, and it keep my goals in focus. I have my kids help me put items on the white board so they could get a sense of how much work we have ahead of us just running the websites.

After we were finished, all the kids decided they needed white boards too. If I had to guess, I bet they will have plenty of cute drawings on there instead of an actual “chore” list.

My buddy Eric and I finally finished a project that has been two years in the making. The project was the Hand History Replayer, which is a great tool for watching your poker hand histories back in real time. We have had a working version for a couple of years now, but it was ugly and very outdated. It has a fresh new look, more features, and runs much quicker. We didn’t do this top make money, it’s just mainly a good tool for poker players that want to analyze and improve their game.  I even uploaded some good Hand Histories from a Cash Game session I played earlier in the week. Another project we finally have off the ground is our new website: Rakeback Team Now, there are tons of regular Rakeback sites out there, so we are working on doing somehting different.
