About Me
I figured it was past time to freshen this page up some. These “about me” pages always end up being hard to write, so I’ll try and keep it short. Honestly, there really isn’t much to tell anyway, but at least after you read this you will have some kind of idea who I am.
Who am I?
My name is Randy, I’m 33 years old, and I’ve been working in the online marketing industry for about 5 years now. I have an awesome wife, Durana, and 6 very cool kids ages 12-17 <—– Combine this with working almost 365 days of the year, and our lives are never boring. We live in a very small town in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, and we will probably live here forever. I’ve lived in big cities all my life until we moved here, its just a little part of heaven and a great place to raise kids.
Like any good man, there is a wife behind the scenes holding it all together. If not for my wife I’m pretty sure I would be stuck in some job I hate for the rest of my life. I’ll never understand how or why my wife puts up with me, but thank goodness she does
What Do I do?
I’m basically an internet marketer now. I got into this industry pretty much by accident, and the initial challenge of it all got me hooked. The idea of building something and people on the other side of the world finding it and using one of my website was fascinating. Of course I was also intrigued by the concept of “making money while I slept”. Like other marketers, I’ve had my share of failures, but over the past few years I have managed to lay the framework for my retirement because of marketing. I am truly a blessed man!
I specialize on Online Gaming mainly, but with the help of my wife we have spent 2009 expanding into non-gaming niches which had proved to be a great move. Like everything else in life, timing is crucial, and luckily we are good at timing lol.
What is this site about?
That”s a great question! I started Arkansas Gambler a couple years ago as a personal blog for myself. Since then it has evolved into a good place for me to vent, rant, bitch, and talk about pretty much anything that comes to mind. I’m positive that there are a million better blogs to follow, but I do hope that every once in a while you might find something useful on here!

2. I was a High School Drop out (Went back and finished though)
3. I don’t drink at all
